As a Microsoft Gold partner I was thrilled by this requirement. The Gold label had been diluted in recent years. I expect this, and other Microsoft changes to the partner program, to reverse that trend.

The surveys were low impact. We received a surprisingly high response rate. While all of our respondents stated they were both satisified and would recommend us, there was definitely room for improvement. It's helped us focus our efforts in the new year.

Excellent. My opinion, for what it is worth, less vendor branded niche sites and more clearing house sites focused on one point of entry for business people, VARS, etc. I am a big believer that useful information should find the user, not the other way around.
